wondering if anyone has had this problem, today i shifted in reverse and the truck hesitated like it was locked up, shifted in neutral then reverse and it went. the check engine light came on and it was stuck in first gear till i got to the chev. garage. they couldn't get to it so i left and it ran fine excerpt for the check engine light. later on the light went out and we proceeded home about fifty miles away. made one stop at stop sign and same old thing happened all over again. it did this while shifting between first and second then drooping back to first gear.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif any one with some HELP. First idea is a NSBU or Neutral Safety Switch but more info could be helpful.
