only one of my 2 lines that i re routed is smoking white when hot. the one that is smoking white seems like it is pushing much more air than the other one too. both lines are 5/8" heater hose and do not appear to be kinked. any suggestions??? thanks

I rerouted mine and every once in a while I can see some white smoke coming out, but I mostly notice the smell.

If you can see an oil vapor coming out of the hose that is normal. You should even notice a oil smell after an oil change too. It shouldn't have actual smoke coming out of it. (vapor dissipates quickly, smoke hangs around a while and usually has a rank smell)

You might want to switch to an emission hose instead of heater hose. Or a type of hose that won't soften when in contact with oil. Your heater hose will work fine for a good while though.

yea maybe it is vapor but should one side be pushing more air than the other??? it just seems odd

I am really not sure why one side would be different from the other. I would check the side with no vapor for restrictions again, maybe disconnect it and blow through it or something. If you don't find anything I wouldn't worry to much about it.

When I first installed my system I got small amounts of white smoke from the end of the tube. I have had it on for close to 2 years and have had no problems at all. As for one side having less flow then he other I really dont know, mine are tee'd together in the engine compartment so I only have one outlet.
As an FYI I have found through trial and error that having any kind filters or blockage on the bypass lines can cause white smoke to come from the tail pipe, in very large amounts.
