I am looking for the fuel filter on my new (to me) 95 6.5l TD.
I found a inline thing that is smaller than the one in my wife’s Neon (maybe 2 inches long) with 2 wires on it. (Hope that is just a water sensor)
I looked at a How to in a FAQ that shows it by the passenger side battery but I don’t see it there? Also shout the lift pump be in the frame some were? That was another thing I did not see the valve to open to check for pressure on the lift pump under the hood either.
Thanks for the help

Fuel filter is top center of engine at rear under "Turbo Power" cover.
The thing underneath with the 2 wires is the lift pump.
Your drain valve may be MIA or hidden under the aformentioned plastic cover; or laying under the intake if someone has been in there before.

The FAQ you read must have been the Duramax section.;)

You might want to add your general location to your profile and do up a sig line. If we know where you are at, someone near you might just volunteer to stop over and show you where things are at in exchange for a pepsi.
