I have a 4" Trailmaster that I bought 2 years ago and got into sled-pulling and decided not to put it on. I tried selling it and didnt have any luck. I thought about putting it on but I dont see anybody on here running one. Everybody's got rancho, tuff country, or cognito. Someone told me that there were some problems with trailmasters or something. A guy told me that trailmaster had changed some things now but he thought that I had the older version, he didnt see it. He really didnt explain what the problem was. Would someone please tell me whats wrong with them and if it's a BIG NO NO to put this thing on my truck! Thanks

I guess nobody knows the problem or maybe there wasn't one. If there was, I figured this would be the place to find out

Not directly related to your truck, but my buddy has a 4" Trailmaster on his 1500 Extended Cab, and I can vouch for the durability of that kit. He has done stuff with that truck that makes me cringe (launching off the road into a corn field, driving down ditches that you think would tip the truck, and other stupid sh.. If he hasn't been able to break it in the last 2 years doing what he's done to it, I'd think it wouldn't be too bad of a kit. The other lifts are much more popular, and I'd personally go Cognito when I do mine, but he's had 0 issues with his Trailmaster.
