FYI I just purchased a set of ION wheels from jegs.com expecting to take off my 235 tires and go back to 215 stock size tires so they dont hit together in the back. Just for the heck of it we installed one of the 235 tires on the new wheel and the tires now have enough room to get your fingers between them (no spacer). At 80 psi and 900lbs on the rear of the truck there is still over a 1/4" of space at the bulge. wheels are rated at 3100lbs. Heres a pic of the chrome aluminum.

loooooong story. Took 2 weeks to get 4 wheels delivered in good condition. first damaged set came in 3 days. 2 weeks later "all set". Went to my friendly tire store and had to put the front tires on by hand. (look at the wheels close and see all edges of the front wheel get in the way of even most "custom wheel" tire machines). Then I installed all 4 outer wheels, tried to leave and heard a terrible scraping sound from the front. Turns out the front wheels dont fit over the '02 calipers. We then removed the scared up wheels and grinded my calipershttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif to provide clearance, rebalanced and off I went. It should have taken an 45 min to do the swap but I was there 2 hours.
I know I should have test fit the wheels but dammit wadda joke!
The wheels only come in 16x6 as far as I know. The rears look and fit great and the front look good but, well, it couldnt have been that hard for ION to get it right the first time. I will try to get pics posted. I have no idea how to get the pics from the camera to your computers. Ill find help asap.
I thought I found a cool way out of the tire spacing delima but well.... sorry.
