I had a similar problem with my LLY. After 3 boxes, I sold it and bought a different programmer. Edge was a nightmare with my old truck.

I always delt with Aaron. He was a super nice guy who was always willing to help. In fact, Aaron was the one who directed me to this forum almost 4 years ago.

Dump it.... safety issue in my book.
