I just ordered a 10-12" Cognito and kit 40" Super Swamper TSL's for my 2500HD. I know there are a lot of trucks here running the same Cognito lift on 40"+ tires. I'm trying to figure out the top roof height my truck will be sitting at after I get all of this installed. My parents' garage...has 8' tall doors. I'm hoping that I'll still be able to park my truck in their garage, but I'm not so sure that it will fit. I don't think my truck will be quite 8 feet tall, but I'm sure it'll be close to it. Can anyone here running the same setup...please let me know how tall your overall truck height is? I appreciate any input!

At 8-9" and 37's I clear a 8 footer...definetly room for a few more inches of lift.

It's going to be very close. I think you will come in at about 7' 8"-7'10" or so.I had a 12-14" kit with a 4.5" body lift and 49s and my roof was 8' 8" on my 2002 2500HD.

I think you will be right at the mark, maybe a little under. Might have to find a new place to park.

im 7' 11-7/8" to my xm antenna. and i have 38's. with 40's your gonna be at 8' 1" according to my calculations
