Does any one know who makes a 40" tall 50 or 55 series tires in a 22 rims ?

I read this off chromewheel.com FAQ but I have not seen anyone that makes these.

the 4x4 trucks that are using the incredible 50 and 55 series off road tires that go up to 40 inches tall in the 22 size rim.

Only 40"x 22 i've seen is like a 40x15.50x22 and id assume he does not mean that.

BTW has anyone seen 15.50x22 on a dually ? i think i have seen it on a kodack at sema last year.
