Just though this would be interesting.

It will be interesting as long as people can respect that everyone has their own opinion for whatever reason. This election year seems to be fairly entrenched in character assualts. I certainly hope that doesn't find its way into these forums.

Politics have been discussed at length on a VW diesel forum that I frequent and it has remained very civil for a very long time. It IS difficult but CAN be done. I understand your concerns.

I'll leave this poll up and running so long as it doesnt start to detract from 6.5 info area, best place for this in off topics section, they already have similar post there. I'd prefer you vote if you chose but save political opinion one way or other for Other topics areas.

Intresting so far. . . that the votes here differ greatly from that of the supposed "polls" in the media.

Which brings up another intresting point. . . as I was driving around my break-down-every-week lawn mower around my yard today. . . why do the GM diesel forums seem to have the most traffic, as opposed to all the other brands? Are we just that much more social, and intellent that we discuss all the finer points of the 6.5 engine with everyone we meet on the net?http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/hihi.gif

I heard somewhere that somebody did a poll and found that an
overwhelming % of full size truck owners are for Bush. Something
like 90% or so.

My vote is for Kerry.

Edited by the Mod:

Bush or Kerry is the question of the poll

If you want to add commentary why that is your choice do it in the Off Topic Forum trying to keep this as a technical discussion area sans politics.Edited by: Turbine Doc

Win,

We seem to be more than double that 10% minority here, so far.Edited by: quantum mechanic
