After six months and 13k miles I decided to finally take her in, for the bubbles in the exterior door trim. They had the parts in stock due to so many coming back, they were painted and installed in a day. I told the service manager while it was in there to have them look at the belt noise and check for a reflash update (trying to get rid of the juice knock). I plugged the EGR back in and removed the juice before taking it in. She called back the next day and said they are going to replace the idler pulley to correct the belt noise, but they could not duplicate the fuel knock and the scan showed no codes! No codes with the EGR off for a month?! I did not have the balls to tell her about the "juice" knock. She said it could have been bad fuel! Oh well, guess I'll live with the juice knock for now!

Make sure they take off the paper stickers on the back side, or next summer you'll have more square bubbles for them to replace. About blew my SM's mind when I showed him what caused my square bubbles on all four door panels.
