Here's a place in Central PA currently selling bio-diesel for $2.00/gal. Says they are going to try to stay $0.05/gal lower than dino diesel.
Looks like a good way to get the average person to try it. Most people think with their wallets.

Crap. I would buy a few 55g drums and fill up.

What a steal.

That's probably what I am going to do in the next couple weeks. The place is about 1.5 hrs West of my parents place. Looks pretty easy to get to.

What you should do is ask them for off road biodiesel.

I would gladly pay $.05 less for b20. Maybe even a little more than the low price suppliers. I think it has good potential for Diesel's future so I wouldn't mind funding it through the volume of my purchase.

Hey there, thanks for the link to DuffScience.com (http://www.duffscience.com) http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

Also, just to keep you Central PA people informed, we will now keep a fairly current price per gallon page up and going on the main Duff BioDiesel Fuel page. So, feel free to compare us to your local vendors.

I called the guys at blue sun biodiesel in Fort collins CO (nearest
dealer, 160 miles away) and they told me to send a tanker up with 7000
gallons of b100 would run 2.52 a gallon. b20 would be 2.26 per gallon.
If I got 6000 of it in red for the tractors then of course I could take
the road tax off of it but still it seems like a lot to me... I have
heard too that if you fill out extra paperwork then you can get all
clear and just tell them what percentage of your fuel you use off the
road and just pay tax on some of it. But I bet then the irs looks
closer at you.. It would be nice though then I could fill both tanks
with the same and then the transfer tank could fill anything instead of
just the tractors.
