As a new owner with a truck with 1,500 miles on it, I received a survey in the mail from J.D. Power's and Associates.
The four page form asked questions regarding my new truck - what type of options, add-ons, trim level, etc,.
The majority of the survey is dedicated to what I think is wrong with my new truck. 'How bad does it track?' "Not enough power at start?' etc.
A person is only asked to bubble in the negative on a vehicle. My wife wanted to know why I would bubble in a four page form. I wasn't, I told her, I left almost three pages blank. I can't think of anything negative. Everything works as specified. The craftsmanship is outstanding. This is the first new vehicle I have owned where I did not have to take it in to "fix" something. Nice job General Motors. Anyone else get one of these forms or does everyone receive one?

I've gotten em too, and once you fill and mail back the first one they seem to never stop coming.
yeah they're looking for things that they think GM needs to improve upon, that's what they all do. It's like everything in life it seems; the negative has a magnifying glass on top of it and the positives are never mentioned.

Everything 100% except 0 on the ITBC (factory brake controller) Chevy has there head up there ass on this one, not sure if anyone else here has experianced this but, if you have electric over hydrolic, it wont work. I found out after I couldnt get the trailer to work. Installing an aftermarket over the factory has been a ***** too, as there is no harness and no one has it figured it out yet. I finally had the dealer install a complete seperate circuit to get my prodigy to work, but I now get an error on the factory controller. Ive had the truck for 5 weeks now and still havent pulled the boat. We all buy these trucks to pull heavy trailers and the brake controller has been nothing but a complete nightmare on mine. Sorry for the rant :o:

There is a harness to attach a brake controller but maybe yours won't have one because it has the factory one? Good luck with that, sometimes it is wise not to be the first guy with a new truck model.
