Has anyone had this problem with the left rear wheel seal leaking? It is on my brothers truck whick is exactly the same as mine minus the color differance. He still has warrenty but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem . His truck has 32,000 miles on it. Thx for any info in case mine goes out my warreny is gone.

My right rear seal went out a week ago while towing a trailer. I just had it replaced yesterday. The old seal looked ok? and vent line not blocked. New seal is not leaking... 66K miles.

My 06 went out one Sat and that Mon I took it to dealer. Had 30000 miles.
I watched him change it and a baby could do it., but I only had 2 qts of oil in real from the dealer. They changed it and added 2 qts.

Sorry fellows about the above post. It was the paper gasket on the outside that was bad on my truck. That is why I said it was so easy to change.
