height wise yes you might need some triming doue to width and the backspacing on the rims you go with i would try and tuck them in as far as possible some were close to a 5" BS

are u refering to the micky thompson tires? if so they call those a 33x15.50. that is one wide tire. they reccommend a 12" wide rim, but you might be able to get away with a 10" wide. finding a 12" wide might be hard in a 18, a 9-10" is pretty common. so getting the most backspace you can would be your best to help tuck them in for fitment. i think 5.5" BS would be the most you could get.

but either way i think you looking at doing a good amount of trimming with the cognito leveling kit, bushwacker cutout flares would probably be the best thing to get for that wide of a tire/wheel combo.

the bushwacker cutouts involve cutting metal off your truck, including a section of the bottom fender corner. but you will have to do this no matter what with a leveling kit and that size tire/wheel. i had to do it to fit my setup (see garage). if you do not want to trim this much i would suggest either getting a narrower tire or a bigger lift.
