I noticed that my Titan fuel tank has been leaking around the fuel sender. In the past I have had trouble getting a hold of them. I was talking to Ken today and he said that they have taken quite a few steps to ensure these problems are resolved. They are shipping me out a new tank today free of charge no questions asked.

It sounds like they have turned things around! I had no trouble getting ahold of them and getting my problem resolved. They were more then willing to help me out and very apologetic.

We never had a problem working with them, my buddies tank turned out great. I'm glad to know they will stand up to a problem should it happen!

I've noticed that as well in my dealings with them Tony, not sure what they changed, but orders are getting shipped much faster and I can always get ahold of somebody now.

Well that is good to know. I figured I was on my own with this tank from now on. Hope it stays this way and you just did not catch them on a good day. I tell people it is a great tank but I would never deal with Titan again. Hope they turn it around I would love to push people toward this tank. I met a guy at the pump last week and he is going with transferflow now.

It has gotten warm here and I have noticed no change in my mpg. I still get 19.0 all the time. I wondered if it would change with the cooler being surrounded. This is the best addition I have made to the truck.
