What size hole is in the nozzle?
I need more fuel and thinking about pulling them out and opening up the hole/holes.
Plan on using the wire edm.

would not due it until out of warranty. They are not cheep and hard to get.

You would use EDM, but not wirefeed. You would make an electrode burn it in.
Just some thoughts, right or wrong:
If I were going to do it, I'd look at a Dodge injector, both stock and modified, and see how they are doing it.
The pattern is important, as is atomization. You might want to increase the number of holes instead of the size, and maintain the same general pattern so your efficiency at cruise is maintained.
A "ghetto" method would be to dip the end in resist ink, clean out the holes, then acid dip it. This could be done with no expensive tooling.
I doubt reaming them would work (not sure they even make reamers that small) but you could try on a junk injector. Keep oil on the reamer, and use very high RPM.

Tim, I have an LLY injector at home that I disected, will snap some shots of it apart....
I dunno exactly what size the holes are, but for some reason .006" sticks in my head.

W/ that small of hole a standard edm would have trouble but we do have some .005 wire for ours.
Under warranty would be the best time right, that way if I screw up take it to the dealer for new ones http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/hihi.gif and try again.

Wirefeed EDM uses a continuous wire, so you would have to thread it through then cut a circle path. Not feasible.
You would put a wire (say .007) in your conventional EDM.
I like the Chem Mill (acid dip) idea. Depending on the critical surfaces, you might not even need resist ink, because you are only going to take a thou or two off the injector.

We do it all the time, but that small a hole will be a bit tougher challenge to get the wire thru.

Edm will likely be to large. I have seen several attempts at this on the lb7 with no sucsess. Extrude hone is the only one I have seen with any consistancy on the Lb7 and they are much larger to start with than the lly.I don't think larger injectors are the way to go yet. With boxes stacked on the lly the fuel rail pressure allready falls under 6ooo psi. Larger injectors will make this worse. With this low pressure plum distribution is terrible. Fuel rail pressure is very important for good/complete burn. You can make 6-700hp and1200# rear wheel with stock injectors on the lb7 if set up right. Just my experiences.
