I had the TTS Tow Program installed on 9/16/04 in my 2004.5 LLY CC.
This thing now drives great. Is not lazy off idle like stock and pulls very hard. Even towing a 7K# trailer, it is amazing how much power and torque this thing has, and how the driveability has changed.
Thank you Steve Cole

I love mine. Makes the truck easier to drive. Zero downside.

I have been asking about the 05 TT for a month. Was told 10/4 that they had a test vehicle out, and would have more data in a week or so. They have said 05 is slightly different than 04.5. Hopefully will be out soon. I'm getting tired of being passed by Mexican burros on grass. My 05 is really a dead dog.

So does Hypertech, I paid $319 or it. It does do the job, I havent used any others nor raced anyone that would have either. I do have a friend with the Banks Six Gun, but he has the LB7. I'll have to check that. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

Does Hypertech raise the speed limiter and rev limiter for the LLY ? As far as i knew it didnt on the LB7.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif Doesnt seem to have as much power as the Quad box or Edge has from what i have seen. But , like you said it does do the job.

Yes to both. It also seems to allow the engine to rev a little higher before the enjector noise kicks in now---around 81 or 82 mph or 2550 rpm, that in itself made it worth while for me. Some of the other programmers do get more horsepower...but you pretty much have to change exhaust and intake to accomadate them, plus they are about $500 more. I spent weeks researching this, it is the best buy for the money. I might upgrade to edge later, but only if I do the other mods. Make sure you let your tran get used to each level before you hot-dog and try to show off, it will slip (the tran) at first. Anytime you go back to dealer you MUST remove the program. By the way, it also reads codes, it will also erase them if you tell it to.
