Has anyone experienced a problem with their gauges?


On occasion my gauges will not register when I start the engine.


Any ideas?

It's happened to a few people with 03's me included.


Mine was a poor bat + wire connection at the starter.


Tightened it up and it's been good since.


I think it has to do with either a poor + or - connection some where and on start up if instrument cluster dosent see right signal or voltage it won't register.


Try turning truck off and restarting it might come back or drive around a little first then try to restart. If it's not working stop by the dealer and show him since it's a intermintent problem so he can verify it.


Some have had the clusters replaced at dealer. But check all your conncections first.


And try doing a search for "no guages" or "instrument cluster not working" and read up on what other people found.
