Has anyone been able to disconnect the door chime? I had a 94 and alll you had to do was remove a little black box but the new ones ring through the radio.

There is a topic somewhere on here about doing this on the newer trucks. Do a search or talk to Problemchild. I think he did it and I know a few others have as well. I am going to do that this weekend on my 04, and I know it is listed on the forum somewhere... Good luck...

I did the key in door chime mod. The pics I posted here somewhere.



It wont ding when you open the door with the key in.
