I was preparing to change my fuel filter and was having problems


separating electrical connection on the water if fuel sensor.


Is there a trick or tool that I am overlooking?

Up the wire about 18 inches give or take, there is a push in clip style connector in a wire loom bracket connected to the block.

It's the same on 03 and 04. You could remove the fender liner for your first time to see how its done.
