Farm grade fuel is not only federally BANED, GM also Bans the use of and if found in your veh at a dealership is the surest way of every getting any warranty work done again.


Dealerships are REQUIRED to submit the vehicals VIN to Brand the Warranty....Meaning you lose any powertrain warranty that you have left, that is to include the special policy on the injectors.


It will cost you more in the long run..........

thats what i am talking about. i know a few people around my area that have the old 6.2's and are running it i havent run it yet, but i dont need to yet. just was wondering what you guys would say. i know its bad and all but some people that dont "care" can and maybe are running more than we think.

I hate to dissagree about the void the warranty. They have to prove it was the fuels fault that caused the problem and notice I said THEY. Ever here of the Edmonson(sp) Act. I am not telling you to run it cause it would be real easy for them to call the Tax man and turn you in and like all said and the cost would be high so I have herd. I have access to the red and have been tempted but my luck I would get checked. If you do make dam sure you keep it to your self cause your best friend is a snitch.
