I have heard so many people complain that it costs an arm and a leg to lift an IFS truck. Might be, but there is a system for the Dodge that costs $2500 plus installation. Sounds high to me. T-Rex or something like that. Heck, for that price the Rancho does not sound to bad for my truck.

From the prices I have seen it costs slightly less to lift the
ford and dodges 6- inches. Not much less though. Around 1000 for the
kit versus around 13-1500 for a GM kit. The 6+ lifts for them are as
much or more than a gm ifs lift. Plus who wants a damn SFA if it's at
the expense of driving a ford or dodge. We use our trucks hard on the
farm and have less trouble with our newer ifs frontends than with the
older 73-87 sfa gm trucks. I put a lot more wheel bearings in those
than on the newer trucks. I'll stick with ifs thanks..
