Is it posted under another subject? The only ones I saw that listed Allison was this one and then one about the grade brake feature.

Thanks

My 2002 is in the shop waiting for the "springs", etc as I write. I have a copy of the TSB (03-07-30-011A) that I printed on 6/1/2004. The URL is http://deiselplace.com/forum/pm_show_message.asp?ID=30610 printed at bottom of page. Doesn't seem to work now tho. If you need a copy, PM me and I'll try to email it to you.

Transmission Slips, Delayed Engagement, Cold Hesitation, Intermittent, Poor Performance, Power Shift, DTCs P0701, P1709, P1711, P1713, P0841, P0843, P0847, P0870, P0872 or P0875 #03-07-30-011B - (Aug 3, 2004)

Some customers may comment that the transmission slips, has a delayed engagement, or cold hesitation on the first start-up after sitting for a period of time.

Cause
Torque converter bleed down over an extended period of non-usage, usually over a week, may cause this condition.

Correction
Use the service procedure shown below to access and change the torque converter relief spring and lube regulator spring in the front support assembly.

DmaxalliTec . Can you post the whole TSB? The previous one you posted is gone. I would like to See the time an procedure. I took mine in to the dealer for this and they told me that taking the transfer case and tranni off wasn't worth it.

The bulletin has a bunch of pics that post really big and would have to be resized one at a time. Basically you remove the trans, torque converter and front module, disassemble the pump and replace 2 springs and all seals that were disturbed. GM pays 5.6 hours.
