Hi, My 94 k2500 with the non turbo 6.5 is throwing the 32, and 33 dtc codes. In the book and on the website it just says egr circuit fault. I'm curious to know what all that means, whether the problem is electrical? or some sort of fault with the egr valve itself? When I pull the air filter I can see the egr valve moving when somebody else revs the truck up and down, so i'd assume that is working correctly. Where should I start looking for problems???

I've noticed lately that the truck has good days and bad days power wise. Some days it has all kinds of power and I feel like i can tow anything, and other days it feels like its struggling to get out of its own way. It seems to me like the power problem would be related to the egr valve but im not sure how to check it correctly.

I know the power problem has nothing to do with the lift pump or ops as i have checked them out properly. The fuel pressure out of the filter canister is in the 7 lbs range and very steady.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the 'Place, gruschbt...........

Check your vacuum pump for 25" at idle and 2000rpm - could also be leaky plastic tubing, also goes to the EGR sensor on the firewall.
