I was looking through my manual at it says to use Dextron III Approved for H requirements. After looking at different Dextron III fluids at the store , I see that some have the "H" approval and some just say good for Dextron III applications. Is there a difference? Does the Dextron VI meet the "H" requirement?

It was an upgrade back in about 2002 from dexron III. They also had a G. Now the VI has replaced them. There is no "letter" desiganation on the VI....not yet anyway:)
