i am looking on where to find a new wastegate solenoid or if it has a different name when calling the autoparts store and help would be great

NAPA Auto Parts # 32-19229. They call it a "Solenoid" in their books. About $30 bucks...they'll have to order it.

its about $35 from the dealer. When I replaced mine a year ago, I told the guy what I needed and he didnt even have to look it up, common problem.

It's $53.00 from the "stealer" down here! Try a parts store, I paid $23.00 for mine and it was a Delco!

The NAPA part number I gave is also a Delco unit...exact replacement.

I just purchased one from Kennedy Diesel last week...
