Just thought I'd see if any of you have suggestions before I take the truck/trailer back to the shop that installed the Prodigy. Truck is a 2004 Kodiak C4500. Prodigy controller installed last year, quit working a couple of weeks ago out of the blue. The display still works but it lists 0.0 as the amps going to the brakes, trailer brakes not working at all. Cruise control stopped working at the same time. I checked the fuse that I "think" is the right one for the cruise control and it's good. Anything else I can check myself?

Was it the 30 amp fuse to the top right side stud#2 IIRC of the fuse box under the hood that you checked?

Have you tried adjusting it when braking with trailer attached? If you have a display all fuses should be good. Mine did this, when I adjusted it worked fine. I hope this helps.

Problem with brake switch? Controller may not be recieving brake signal.

No, it was a 10A fuse labeled something like engine 4. I think the fuses in the 4500 are different, but I can't find anything that clearly states which fuse handles the cruise. taking it into the shop today, maybe they can figure it out.
Captain A no I haven't done any adjusting. I'll try that today.
woodchuck...tell me more about the brake switch....
any updates on the trouble, i have a new 07 classic and my prodigy controller, a couple of years old just did the same thing. once the trailer and truck were split everything started working and cruise controll is back operational.
