I know alot of you out there are mixing up different fuel additives using your own recipe. I'd like to hear what mix of things you are using.

Thanks!

Me thinks the potential consequences of warranty voiding on these expensive trucks makes most of wanna be good boys

In the "old" days adding 2 cycle oil or tranny fluid to the diesel was just fine, my brothers '93 6.5 Chev was sold, in good running condition, with 400,000 Km and all he used for fuel additive was 2 cycle oil. With the newer high pressure injection systems on late model trucks I would only use a good quality additive. I use Stanadyne Performance Formula, others have their favorites.

I use Schaeffer's fuel additive and since my local Meijers put it in their fuel, I'll let GM and Meijers fight over warranty stuff.
