I know this is wrong forum, but all 6.5 people is here so I think Iīll have better chance to get answer by writing here.
So the question is: What wires go in front differential (IFS) and where do they come from? There are 2 plugīs in there. Other one have two wires (I think itīs the diff. lock) and the other has 4 wires?? I couldīnt find these wires on any wiring diagrams.

One plug is for the 4X4 indicator to turn the light on when it is in 4X4, and the other is for the actuator. It sounds like you have the updated style one. Can you post a pic?

I´ll take a picture tomorrow. What does the actuator do? Is the front diff somehow free when not in 4x4?

Exactly, GM used what they called a central axle disconnect to unlock the front axles when in 2 wheel drive to cut down on rotating mass and driveline drang and binding.

i kinda like that idea because when you are in two wheel the front driveshaft and front diff arent even turning. the only thing i dont like is when u put it in 4 wheel you have to wait a sec for the front end to lock in. i have had a few times where i didnt wait long enough and i was still in two wheel.(indicator lights burnt out so i just have to guess)

If you are not getting 4wd, once you can establish proper power at the plug when 4wd lever or button is engaged, you could predict that the actuator is bad.
There is a fuse on pushbutton systems that has blown on me before, so make sure you check that as well. Once the actuator engages, it lights up th e 4x4 light via the other plug.
PS I likely have a used in working order actuator if ya need one, pm me.

Sorry it took me so long to get a picture. (if this even works). I tryed to to activate the actuator solenoid by putting +&- to it but nothing happened. and you said that it links driveshaft and axles together but they are together all the time, is my solenoid stuck?? before I disasembled the truck my 4x4 worked fine, as far as I know ( I gues it didnīt )
