On the 2007 Kodiak/TopKick trucks that have the 6-speed Allison, how is 4th, 5th, and 6th gear selected? I saw there is an overdrive lockout button like all of the older Kodiak/TopKick's have, but on the 2007 6-speeds does it downshift right to 4th? Or are there two positions so you can hold it in 5th or 4th?

The 2007 Kodiak/TopKick with the six-speed Allison have an overdrive defeat button that locks out both 5th and 6th range. They don't have the fancy system like the pick-ups.
