I would like to upgrade a little what is suggested without having to build up tranny yet? Would I be happy with the hypertech that goes up to 90 hp.

I would suggest the Van Aaken or the Edge Juice as best performers with safe, reliable power. The Hypertech just isn't much of a performer.

I too want the Edge but I just started out with the Quad 135. The only reason that I went with the Quad instead of the Edge is my truck still being under warranty and it is very easy to take off if it needs to go in.

You can take the Edge off too if you have to take it in for service, and it is just as easy.. Unhook it and take it out. With the programmer you have to pull fuses and then uninstall it and then pull fuses and reinstall it. They are both easy, just depends on what you are looking for ..... Good luck

I have a predator which was about $40 more than the hypertech. Even on just 85hp it will blow the hypertech away. You can remove the speed limiter with a predator and do real time monitoring with it. you can't with the hypertech
