I have a 02 LB7 DMax. Cold start oil pressure is around 55-60psi, hot idle is only 25 psi it used to be around 40. When driving it goes back up to 50-60 psi. Is this normal or do i have a problem somewhere. I run 15-40 Mobil Delvac oil.

Seems normal to me. My 04 did the same thing with the same oil.

I had a 3 year battle with GM over this.

New cold it was 100
New hot it was 38

Used hot its 60
Used hot its 8

well 8 isn't normal, infact thats bad. your supposed to have 10psi/1000 rpm as a rule of thumb I thought with no less than 10 psi ever? maybe i am wrong but that is what I have always heard.

I have 25 psi at idle and a little over 60 psi at 2100 rpms with Amsoil 15-40. When I used to run Rotella 15-40 it was about 30 psi at idle and about 65 psi at 2100 rpms, just a little more with the Rotella for some reason?

I have 176K on mine and it runs 70psi cold and about 38psi hot at idle. I run Rotella 15W-40 and never had a problem with it so far.

Mine has 71k on the clock, 65 psi cold, 25 psi hot idle, between 25-60 psi hot driving. I'm not sure what was run for the first 60k of its life, but I run Rotella 15W-40.
