I notice an oil leak by flywheel. Though I think its comming from above, I can't figure out where, and why its happening.

Check oil pan bolts. I had two loose in front of main seal, tightened and have had no further leaks.

Nothing is wet around oil pan. I read something about a turbo oil line that could be leaking as well as the PCV, but can't find the line or where pcv is.

Mine was a rear main seal, then the tech found a spun rear thrust bearing, new motor @ 15k. Take a close look, if the oil is centerline on the motor and down take it back to the dealer...
