: Trimming the Front Bumper?

I am tired of hearing my tires rub against the front bumper. The Air Dam is already trimmed, but I was wondering if trimming the very bottom of the bumper would hurt it in any way. I do not want to trim it and have problems with it later on. My Torsion bars are already cranked, so I cannot go any higher on them, this is my last resort. This will not hurt the bumper or anything else in any way will it? Thanks a lot.

My brother cut his quite a bit and it seems ok. You might eventually get some rust there at the cut. He painted his entirely black so probably not on his.
On mine I stuck a bar between the tire and the bumper and pulled it out a little. Enough to never rub. With the wider tires it isn't noticable.

If you look at the attaching rod from the lower dam to the frame. It is a two hole mounting bracket. If you move the bracket outward and just use the one hole to mount you gain nother 1/4" at the tire!
