when you go to start truck and turn key to run position and wait for light to go out then turn to start the truck just cranks over. So you turn the to the off position and turn the key real slow forward and it will start every time. it has been to the dealer 5 times now and they still can't figure it out. the code that comes ut is p1629 anti theft deturant code. they put a new ecm,bcm fuzzbox switch and key with the little code reader in it. Then they tried to tell me it was my tunning ,I called bull**** and showed then it will do it with stock tunning. but the funny:rolleyes: thing is it don't do it all the time. I think it still is the key bullet where it reads the key. can any one help

Have you tried changing out the ignition switch in the column?

yes that was first and we changed it twice
