I want to pull the folding rear seats out of my 06 crewcab so my old dog can get in and out easier. I unscrewed every bolt I could see that went to the floor and its still in there solid as a post. Help!

Can't help you with the seats but do you have a ramp for the dog. There are some nice ones out there to help small, old, or infirm dogs get in and out of vehicles.

I have the same problem. Like packratt said, a dog ramp is better. The dog will be more comfortable on the seat than on the floor.

We have the same issue with our Brittany. The crew seat does not fold to a nice space like the extended cab seat did. So I merely fold the bottoms forward (as designed) and then detach the little cables from their holes in the seatback latch system so that the seat back stays up and latched. I use a cheap nylon cover from Cabelas to cover the seat back and put down a fleece dog throw on the floor. It covers and cushions the seat runners nicely.

:exactly: I even had a custom, made to fit cushion with cover made of boat seat fabric to fit over the folded down seat backs. Damn that dog is spoiled. :p:

Good companions deserve the best! Notice the extra foam under the pillow.:D

Cut a piece of very heavy piled carpet to fit over the folded down seats. Our old Golden Retriever lived 17 years, last 4 she could not get in or out of the truck on her own. We just picked her up to get her in our out.

Have you tried one of the thicker pillows available from Cabelas, Bass Pro, I think I even saw some @ TSC.

Second on the ramps.
