My o2 had the problem of the flywheel coming apart. Does anyone know if this is now corrected on the new models(04/05)?

I do have to say my ZF-6 LLY feels much smoother in the clutch and flywheel than my ZF-6 LB7 ever did.

GM came out with a third version of the flywheel a few months ago. Don't know if this p/n is on the 05 models. As far as smoothness. . . . seems reliability would be much more important . . . http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif

Yes, I'm wanting to know if they are staying together now. Mine was coming apart.

All years use the same flywheel -- the new one has been out about a month. It should last longer than before in a stock truck.
