Hello all, I recently purchased the truck you see here in my sig. It came with the 9000 series from Rancho on it. They are the adjustable ones. I towed my 4300 lbs (empty) this weekend to Talladega with the backs on 8 and the fronts on 7. This was fine. Before the trip I bought the tires you see listed. I ran them to 60 psi, which is max. Now that I am back in town for normal everyday driving, is 44 psi (front) and 40 psi (rear) okay to run? Also, what am I supposed to run the front shocks at? The backs are now set at 1 and they still are rough, but I understand that is the best I can do. Thanks all for helping a newbie!

Easiest way to tell if tire pressure is OK is to run a bit on a dirt road and see how much of the tire is dirty... all the way across is good, if center is cleaner add a few PSI, if edges are cleaner subtract some PSI. Just a random guess is you're OK where you're at now but I'd run 50 up front with all that weight up there. The scientific way is to wet a glass plate and drive across it with a camera mounted under the glass, low buck way is to use flour on your driveway or road
Experiment with the shocks, play with all the settings and you'll find what you like.... you may like 3 but someone else may want 5
You're not one of the guys who threw beer cans at Gordo are ya????? if so then I only have 2 words for you....... ALCOHOL ABUSE

No, I didn't throw anything.....he is not worth the Mil Best Light I was drinking! Good race until the end though. The way the truck looks now is kind of low in the back (40 psi). Maybe I can bump the backs up a little and the fronts to 50 and see what happens. I notice that the back is very sensitive to bumps. I guess everyone has that problem. I was thinking about another type of shock there for a while, but maybe I give these a shot. Thanks again

Okay, finally figured it out. Front tire pressure...50 psi, rear tire pressure..42 psi, front shocks (4) and rear shocks (1). Rides just about as good as you can expect. Hope this helps someone down the road.
