Thanks to dmaxallitech for the detailed instructions. They seemed a lot simpler than removing the fender liner and accessing the filter from below. I only spilled a few drops of fuel when bleeding the new filter. I also was suprized that after 15000 miles I couldnt find a single drop of water when I drained the old filter from the bottom. I haven't used any fuel additives.
