I talked to them about the Predator and for a preferred reseller they didn't know squat. Vendors on web sites were more informative.

Nope.

Good prices can be had here also but it's your choice where you feel comfortable spending your dollar as you earned it. It's also nice to know that the vendors are members here so they are more accessible to answer question if they should arise.

Good luck what ever you decide Dan.

Chris at RPM is a good guy, but their customer service in general is about the worst I've ever seen. Stick with the guys here. I placed my order of four products in June. Got number three two weeks ago, and number four is still in transit. I thought "snail mail" was just a saying until this...T

I personally would never do business with them. They are slow at shipping, customer service is terrible, and if you try and explain something to them, as when they are wrong, they get pissed off and hang up on you.. They told me never to call back and that my business was not welcome there anymore. So http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley35.gif them.... I took my business else where... http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/hihi.gif

well, personally I have ordered several items from RPM Outlet and had no problems. Shipping was next day, and I also had to return something and they credited my card the next day as well once they got the parts back.

I know I am a newbie, but there is always one happy customer out there. lolEdited by: briano

I bought a few things from them in the past. I got a diablo predator for my 03 Lightning, next day no probs. But when I got my edge/*** they sent it the next day but the air intake they sent came 2 weeks late, then we realized they sent the wrong intake, two months later the right intake came back and they would only give me partial credit for the price of the intake. I fumed http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.giffor quite awhile on that one, i asked if they would upgrade me to an afe intake since I had to wait over two months for them to get their shipping act together, no help.

http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif I will never do business there again.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif

I'm not the kind of guy who comes into a thread with his hand out or PM's special prices behind the scenes, but suffice to say, I've got a special on Edge coming that'll smash their prices...

Is it wrong to send PM's on pricing to The Diesel Place members?

i wasn't thinking of getting an edge. their combos come with the preditor. is less expensive. i need a tuner, intake and exhaust combo like what they are offering at a price i can live with.
