Debating on which chip to run. Brother has the edge on his dodge and I love it. But debating on whether to go with bully dog. Anybody here running it. Not for sure if bully dog monitors the tranny at all. Like the fact that bully dog can change the tranny shift points and its a programmer that can read codes if the pickup ever sets them. Have heard that when you program your pickup that it erases the factory settings, and if you have to have warranty work that the stealer ship can tell the factory settings were erased. They can't tell its been chiped but that the factory settings were erased. Is it true. Anybody running biodiesel with a chip? Any problems? And i guess that running 100% bio is alright too right? Nobody having problems with that either I hope?

Programmers dont erase anything. It downloads the factory settings into the programmer itself, then you upload your desired tune.
