Hey all,
Just found this place while perusing for a dieselly place to be. Monday I take delivery of the Scout Traveler listed in my sig, I can't wait! For a mostly-midwest vehicle, it has surprisingly little rust. The floors were all replaced, some rockers were trimmed, treated and covered, there's untreated rot on the bottom of the passenger's door and the driver's tail rocker, and some just fore of the rear main eye hangers on the frame, but other than that, it's cherry! ;) No, truth is, it's UGLY. I'll get pics to prove it on Monday. I LOVE it! :p:
Plans (for now) call for basic cleanup, but future plans include an EGT gauge to ward off the crackles, and a WVO conversion to thumb my impotent nose at the man. Sorry, I meant impertinent.
Anyway, thanks for what looks to be a cavernous site! Looking forward to some fascinating reading.
