I Logged (Main Injection Fuel Flow Rate 2) Im showing 120-121 mm3 per stroke, All my other LOGS show max of 111-112.5. Is this even possible with a single CP3 and no lift pump??

That has nothing to do with the CP3. If you command 120mm3 then you will see 120mm3 with that PID. Your injection pulse width will limit your fuel pressure if it's too large for you fuel system to keep up with.
