Yes, if i remember correctly the lamps cannot be replaced and the HVAC control head will need to be replaced. $$$$$ too!

should be, Had the same problem at about 40 K miles (little over 2 yrs) . Dealer accomidated it under the 3yr/36K warranty no questions asked.
