Finally got around to cleaning her up. For old paint, it buffed out like new. I was pretty happy with the results. She's not pretty but she gets me where I need to go. I'm planning on a 4" exhaust, intake, updated cooling system, a new timing chain and harmonic balancer this summer. I might take care of the cancer on the door and get a new tailgate first though.

Anybody know if 94 was the first year that Chevy started galvanizing their sheet metal or was it later than that?

Looks good plane fixer, but you are the old gm disel aiont pretyy, but they do get us where we need to go,and there fun to ticker with .lol
But yours does look good
