My 2003 2500 HD D/A came with a front grill cover to keep out the cold in the winter and I've read others talking about problems keeping the engine warm in the winter.
Could someone explain why Diesels are notorious for running cold in the winter vs. gasers. Why don't the thermostats work the same way? Or is there really an issue....?
My 6.6 in cooler weather keeps 191 deg, and the cab seems warm enough for me, what' up?
Thanks,
-Eric.
