Hello All,
I have just finished searching the pages for this problem and have not found any posts. I have a 4L80E in my '97 K2500 and when I put it in gear (R) right after warm up int the morning it hesitates for about 10 seconds and then slowly engages. I then back up and put it in drive it hesitates again. If I give it some throttle it just revs and hesitates and then slowly egages. Do yo need more info? I have check the fluid that I changed last summer and it smells fine and is at the correct level.
What is wrong with this tranny? Is it time for a rebuild or a simple fix?
Any commenst will be greatly appreciated.
