My new 05 will be ready for me to pick up at 12 o'clock tomarrow. I did get the ZF. But I haven't heard much about clutch and flywheel problem. Is the just the LB7 with problem or the LLY too?

I have an '03 with 25000 on the clock.... No clutch problems so far, just an occasional hard pedal (not really that hard though). No noise, grabbing, etc.
You have the same (or similar) DMF on your truck as an LB7.
Maybe the reason for my success with the stock flywheel is that I followed the break-in procedure in the manual and started in '1' for the first 500 miles (that sucked).....
I do notice that you already have the Juice, so you could very quickly uncover flywheel limitations. I do not have a power adder installed (yet).

Andrew;
I would suggest goin' easy on the juice or any module as it will destroy your DMF eventually,IMHO.
If you check the forum you will find a lot of ZF6 truck with clutch/DMF problems. . . .

Ive got the 6sp with about 30,000 miles on it.Ihave had the hot juice abd Quad 135 stacked for about 25,000 with no problems other than a squeeky peddle coming from under the dash a couple of times.I don,t tow or haul anything but I do like to light the tires up regularly.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
