i've seen mention of a stainless steel screw for the fuel filter to replace the plastic one, but i haven't been able to find the post...


can someone tell me where to order one?

From Greg (http://www.lubespecialist.com). There might be other supporting vendors also carring this item. But you really don't want the screw. You want the valve and hose Greg sells. Much nicer to use and very clean.

What valve and hose are you referring to?


Something new for the OEM fuel filter or, are you describing the Fumoto valve for draining engine oil?

Right after the Hastings oil filter for the VW and just before the Primrose 405. Real spiffy.
