Anyone have trouble with the Cummins not having power once hit highway speeds? I have a 2004 Cummins not HO and when I am on the highway and get to 110 km/h it is if I am driving a standard and didn't shift down. I have no real power to pass. I think the other day a 76 pinto passed me one time and I couldn't catch up to it!!!!

That's a subjective problem. The Cummins pulls hard but it's not a roaring beast. However, the inference is you have an automatic, it doesn't downshift at that speed and the acceleration in fourth gear is not hard enough for you.
If there is a problem then I would look at the fuel filter 1st. Then figure out if the lift pump is operating properly. After that my thoughts run to the injector pump and then a myriad of other things.
As long as no codes are thrown and it doesn't go into limp mode, look into the fuel delivery system. Others might have other ideas.
